Bravida Holding AB delivers strong third‑quarter results and expands its share‑buyback program

Bravida Holding AB reported a substantial improvement in its third‑quarter operating performance for 2026. Net sales increased by 9 % to 7,027 million SEK, compared with 6,433 million SEK in the same period a year earlier. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter rose to 460 million SEK, surpassing market expectations.

The company cited a record‑high order backlog as a key driver of the results. A new installation order valued at approximately 157 million SEK was secured in Stockholm for the Svenska kraftnät Citylink project. The contract involves the installation and commissioning of electrical, heating, and ventilation systems.

On 22 October, Bravida’s board announced the initiation of a share‑buyback program limited to 100 million SEK. The program was completed in October, with 705,200 ordinary shares repurchased at an average price of roughly 141 SEK per share. The buyback was carried out between 13 August and 19 October and concluded the company’s second buyback program.

The company’s market capitalization stands at 29.57 billion SEK. Its stock closed at 144.4 SEK on 20 October 2026, after reaching a 52‑week high of 152.8 SEK on 5 October and a 52‑week low of 78.25 SEK on 4 November 2025. The price‑earnings ratio is 12.28.

Analysts at Nordea raised their consensus estimates following the quarterly results but lowered the recommendation to “hold” from “buy,” citing limited upside potential after the recent 70 % gain in share price. The bank maintained a target price of 150 SEK.

The company’s core business remains the provision of integrated technical installation and service solutions for buildings and plants in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Its services span electrical installations, heating and plumbing, and HVAC. Bravida’s official website is www.bravida.com .
