- Client: Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd, master developer of the Desa ParkCity township.
- Scope: Construction of a 46‑storey office tower that includes:
- Two levels of retail shops.
- Thirty‑six levels of office space.
- A multi‑storey car park.
- A podium with retail spaces.
- Duration: 36 months, commencing on 18 July 2026 and concluding on 27 July 2029.
- Contract Value: RM299.39 million (RM299.4 million in press releases).
