Enterprise Group Inc. Acquires FlexEnergy Solutions’ Canadian Operations

St. Albert, Alberta — Enterprise Group Inc., a pipeline construction and oilfield maintenance company, has announced a significant acquisition that expands its footprint in the energy services sector. On May 1, 2025, Enterprise Group Inc. (TSX: E) (OTCQB: ETOLF) signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Flex Leasing Power and Service ULC, known as FlexEnergy Canada, from Flex Leasing Power and Service LLC, or FlexEnergy Solutions. The transaction is valued at Cdn$20 million, subject to certain adjustments.

The acquisition is set to be financed through Enterprise’s existing cash reserves and a new credit facility. The company anticipates closing the deal within the next few days, pending the finalization of necessary documentation. This strategic move positions Enterprise Group as the exclusive supplier of FlexEnergy turbines in Canada.
