Fastighets AB Balder Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Rental Apartments
Fastighets AB Balder, a prominent real estate company based in Gothenburg, Sweden, has recently expanded its portfolio through its subsidiary, SATO. On July 4, 2025, SATO acquired nearly 1,000 rental apartments in Finland, marking a significant addition to its holdings. With this strategic move, SATO now owns approximately 27,000 rental apartments, providing homes to around 46,000 residents across Finland.
