Gold Terra Resource Corp Reports Promising Gold Findings at Con Mine Option Property

VANCOUVER, BC — Gold Terra Resource Corp. (TSXV: YGT) (Frankfurt: TX0) (OTCQX: YGTFF) has announced significant findings from its exploration activities at the Con Mine Option (CMO) Property in the Northwest Territories. The company has confirmed the presence of gold potential within the Campbell Shear (CS) to a vertical depth of 2580 meters, marking a substantial discovery for the mineral exploration firm.

On May 26, 2025, Gold Terra reported that wedge hole GTCM25-056A intersected anomalous gold in the Campbell Shear from 2680.5 to 2703.5 meters downhole depth. This discovery is particularly noteworthy as it confirms the existence of the Campbell Shear more than 600 meters below the mine’s previous operations. The intersection revealed gold and silver anomalies, with concentrations reaching up to 0.5 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold and 12.6 g/t of silver. These findings are comparable to historical low-grade intersections in the mine that were outside the previously mined high-grade shoots.

In addition to the anomalous intersections, the exploration team identified higher-grade gold values of 7.81 g/t Au over a 0.5-meter section within brecciated pyrite-pyrrhotite quartz veins. These veins are located in the footwall of the Campbell Shear and are identical to the lowest levels of the mine, suggesting the potential for economically viable extraction.

The discovery was initially made in hole GTCM23-055, where 12.63 g/t Au over 1.7 meters was intersected, as reported on November 15, 2023. This earlier finding laid the groundwork for the current exploration success, highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to uncovering valuable mineral deposits.

Gold Terra Resource Corp., based in Vancouver, Canada, specializes in acquiring and exploring properties for gold and diamond prospecting, serving customers worldwide. The company operates on the TSX Venture Exchange and has a market capitalization of 26.3 million CAD. As of May 21, 2025, the close price of Gold Terra’s stock was 0.07 CAD, with a 52-week high of 0.09 CAD on July 18, 2024, and a 52-week low of 0.05 CAD on April 22, 2025.

This recent discovery at the Con Mine Option Property underscores Gold Terra’s potential to expand its portfolio of mineral assets and enhance its exploration capabilities. The company’s focus on the Campbell Shear and its promising gold potential positions it well for future growth and development in the metals and mining sector.
