Grenergy Renovables SA completes the sale of the José Cabrera and Tabernas photovoltaic parks
Grenergy Renovables SA, the Madrid‑based independent power producer, has finalized the sale of its two solar photovoltaic plants – the José Cabrera park in Guadalajara (47 MW) and the Tabernas park in Almería (250 MW) – for an enterprise value of 273 million €. The transaction was executed with Allianz and a group of institutional investors advised by Allianz Global Investors UK Limited.
