Cosa Resources Corp., a mineral exploration company based in Canada, has recently disclosed the outcomes of its summer 2026 drilling program at the Murphy Lake North joint venture with Denison Mines. The company, which specializes in the exploration of uranium and copper properties in northern Saskatchewan, conducted a 13-hole drilling campaign covering a 650-metre strike segment of the Cyclone trend. The results confirmed that each hole intersected moderate to strong alteration and/or structure, with several intervals exhibiting elevated radioactivity.
The drilling program identified two basement faults, the N-fault and the S-fault, both of which remain partially untested at the unconformity. This leaves several hundred metres of strike open for further exploration. Additionally, an enrichment zone of uranium pathfinder elements was extended 36 metres east of a previously drilled hole, and this zone remains open down dip.
Cosa Resources Corp. is listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange and operates primarily in Vancouver. The company’s portfolio includes six uranium exploration properties: Ursa, Orion, Castor, Charcoal, Helios, and Astr. With a market capitalization of 67,020,000 CAD and a close price of 0.48 CAD as of September 14, 2026, the company has demonstrated resilience in the market despite a price-earnings ratio of -10.89.
The company has approximately C$16 million in its treasury, which it states is sufficient to fund a significant follow-up winter campaign at Murphy Lake North and drilling at the Darby and Aurora projects into 2027. This financial position underscores Cosa Resources Corp.’s commitment to advancing its exploration activities and capitalizing on its promising geological findings.
