Noratis AG Welcomes Nils Hübener as New CIO and Board Member
In a strategic move to bolster its leadership team, Noratis AG, a prominent real estate investment company based in Eschborn, Germany, has announced the appointment of Nils Hübener as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a member of its board. This decision, effective from July 1, 2025, was made by the company’s supervisory board and is set to last for three years.
Hübener, who brings over 25 years of international experience in real estate investment, is renowned for his tenure as Global CIO at BNP Paribas REIM and as CEO of the Dr. Peters Group. Throughout his illustrious career, he has overseen transactions amounting to approximately 30 billion euros and managed significant real estate portfolios both in Germany and internationally.
Daniel Löhken, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Noratis AG, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “With Nils Hübener, we gain one of the most experienced investment managers in the industry for our board team.
