Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. Reports High-Grade Uranium Assays at Dorado JV

TORONTO, Aug. 6, 2025 — Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSXV: PTU) (OTC: PTUUF), a uranium exploration company specializing in the Canadian Athabasca Basin, has announced promising assay results from its joint venture with IsoEnergy Ltd. at the Dorado project’s Nova Discovery in Saskatchewan. The initial assays from the first two discovery drill holes have confirmed the presence of high-grade uranium mineralization.

The assay results, which were released on August 6, 2025, indicate uranium grades of up to 5.4% U₃O₈. Specifically, the PG25-05 drill hole sample returned 1.0 metre grading 2.2% U₃O₈, including 0.3 metres at 5.4% U₃O₈. Additionally, the PG25-04 sample returned 0.6 metres grading 1.0% U₃O₈. These results validate the significance of the mineralization encountered at the Q48 target within the Nova Discovery.

IsoEnergy Ltd. (NYSE American: ISOU) (TSX: ISO) and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. have highlighted the strong assay results as a significant milestone for the Dorado project. Assays from another drill hole, PG25-07, which intersected a much thicker mineralized interval and recorded the strongest radioactivity readings to date (peaking at 110,800 counts per second from the downhole probe), are still pending.

As of August 4, 2025, Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. had a close price of 0.46 CAD, with a 52-week high of 0.58 CAD on July 22, 2025, and a 52-week low of 0.18 CAD on May 21, 2025. The company’s market capitalization stands at 30,310,000 CAD.

These promising assay results could potentially enhance the valuation and prospects of Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. as it continues its exploration activities in the Athabasca Basin. The joint venture with IsoEnergy Ltd. underscores the collaborative efforts in advancing the Dorado project’s development.
