MONTRÉAL, QC / ACCESS Newswire / August 18, 2025 — Vision Marine Technologies Inc. (the “Company”, “Vision Marine”, “we”, “us”, “our”) (Nasdaq:VMAR), a leader in high-voltage electric marine propulsion systems with a multi-brand boat retail and service platform, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering. The company successfully issued 3,500,000 shares of its common stock, or pre-funded warrants (“Pre-Funded Warrants”) in lieu thereof, at a public offering price of $2.00 per share. This includes the Pre-Funded Warrant exercise price, resulting in gross proceeds of $7,000,000 before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses.

In addition to the primary offering, Vision Marine has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of common stock and/or Pre-Funded Warrants to cover over-allotments at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

The Company intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, working capital, and potential acquisitions or strategic investments in complementary businesses or technologies.
