XCHG Ltd (NASDAQ: XCH), a provider of high‑power electric‑vehicle (EV) charging and battery‑integrated solutions, announced two significant corporate developments on 4 December 2025.

Dual Global Headquarters

The company established dual global headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, and Austin, Texas. The move is intended to reinforce XCHG’s position within two of the world’s most advanced clean‑energy markets, fostering international growth, improving financial performance, and strengthening operational resilience. Partnership with FAZT Charging for Mexico

XCHG’s European and North‑American subsidiaries, XCharge EU and XCharge NA, entered a strategic collaboration with FAZT Charging to deploy an innovative EV‑charging infrastructure at Soriana supermarkets in Mexico. Under the agreement, 1,000 fast and ultra‑fast charging points are planned for installation by 2030. XCharge C6EU chargers, providing 60 kW to 200 kW of power and supporting NACS, GBT and CCS1 connectors, will be installed at more than 780 Soriana stores, creating a high‑traffic network across the country. FAZT, a pioneer in ultra‑fast charging backed by Spanish energy firm FactorEnergia (operating in Mexico since 2017), will supply the technology and support the deployment.
