Telia Company AB has made a recommended cash offer to acquire Bredband2 i Skandinavien AB for approximately SEK 3.1 billion, aiming to strengthen its position in the Swedish broadband market.

Bredband2 i Skandinavien AB reported a 10% increase in revenue for Q1 2025, but saw declining profit margins, with EBITDA and operating margin decreasing by 5.4% and 8.6% respectively.
