Pershing Square Holdings Ltd has strengthened its governance and financial performance with the appointment of Bilge Ogut to its board and confirmation of a third-quarter dividend.

Pershing Square Holdings has made a $900 million investment in Howard Hughes Holdings, acquiring 9 million shares and gaining a 46.9% ownership stake, with plans to transform HHH into a diversified holding company.
