Shyft Group and Aebi Schmidt Holding AG have completed their merger, forming Aebi Schmidt Group, a global leader in specialty vehicles and mission-critical infrastructure solutions.

Shyft Group Inc. has announced a special shareholders meeting on June 17, 2025, to vote on a proposed merger with Aebi Schmidt Holdings, AG, which could consolidate Shyft’s position in the specialty vehicle market.
